Year 3 to Year 4 Transition

Service Description

In this session, we’ll revisit essential Year 3 skills and gently introduce the new challenges of Year 4. We’ll focus on boosting independence, strengthening key maths and English skills, and building confidence for a smooth start to the new term. Each session is different - you’re welcome to book as many as you like.
